We started out our Sunday morning with an early (ok, 8:15) wake up knock to ask if we were coming to church. Yep, hope you have room for us. That’s what we get for parking in the church parking lot!

We had a wonderful experience this Sunday! It’s just a small branch, but the people we so kind and welcoming. Both my little boys went to class, so Deon and I could both go to class for the first time in years. After church they were having a potluck, and they kindly invited us. We grabbed food from the rv (perks of bringing your home along with you) and pulled up a seat. 

After lunch, we drive toward rapid city. We stopped at dinosaur park, but it was kind of a bust. Only 5 old, worn, concrete dinosaurs.

Finally we headed to Mount Rushmore. We had pretty much the same experience, with a lightning storm added in. It was so special when Deon got up and introduced himself. Jedi stood with him, and all the rest of us sat in the front row. It was a great ending to out day.
