Stuck again?
Sunday again. Attended a nice Ward in Duluth, MN. Had the kids play a real piano, their teacher would approve.
As we pulled out to leave, Deon said “I don’t think the trailer brakes are working anymore.” Uh-oh. After a short consultation, we decided to stay put until tomorrow, when we could have it looked at.
We dropped the trailer and headed to a park to play. Then more Olympics.
I don’t have any pictures from today, so I’ll share some about rv life.
It’s close quarters, which suits us just fine. We spend most of our time in the rv sleeping. The kids love their kindles, although it is a fight to keep them using them for their intended purpose. Aunica tuned us all out for an obscene amount of hours in a short period so she could listen to The Hobbit though, which I did not complain about. If we ever have any down time, we do like to play games and the kids like to play with toys. Problem is, just like at home, they go to bed late and get up late. I’m hoping to fix this as winter sets in. At this point, we are out late every day. We sleep for free just about every night. Wal-mart, casinos, us forest service land, truck stops. Every morning except Sunday’s we have cereal for breakfast. Dinners are things like fish tacos, spaghetti, BBQ pork sandwiches, and casseroles (mainly in a skillet). We miss our friends, but we are always busy and never lonely!
